What to put in your first message
When you write at an odd hour, you want one reply that sorts it out rather than five rounds of questions. These details let us go straight to the answer:
- The device. Brand and model if you know them: a Fire TV Stick 4K Max, a 2022 Samsung television, a MAG box, an iPhone.
- The app. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, Smart IPTV, the web player or something else, and whether you signed in with a username and password or with a playlist link.
- What you were trying to watch, and when. The channel, film or match, the time you tried it and your time zone. “A sports channel at 04:50 Eastern” gets a far quicker answer than “sport isn’t working”.
- The exact error text. Copy the words on the screen letter for letter, or send a photo of it. Two messages that look alike at a glance can need quite different fixes.
- Your username, never the password. The username is enough for us to find the account.
- What you have already tried, such as restarting the device or switching channels, so nobody asks you to do it twice.
