Details from the forms on this site
Two forms on this site collect details. The free-trial form takes the screen you will watch on, the time of day you usually watch, an email address for our records, and a WhatsApp number only if you add one. The contact form takes the name you would like us to use, a topic and the message itself. Every submission is logged with the IP address that sent it, to keep out automated spam and to cap how often one address can send.
Each submission is kept privately in the site’s admin area and forwarded to the staff who handle accounts. Sending a form then opens WhatsApp with your details filled in; that message goes nowhere until you press send yourself.
Details from WhatsApp
When you message us we see the name and number on your WhatsApp profile, what you write, and the plan you settle on. WhatsApp carries those messages under its own privacy terms, which we do not control. Payment goes through whichever provider you pick, and that provider holds the payment details; we keep only a record that the term was paid for.
What we use it for
Creating your account, sending the login, helping with setup and answering questions, plus a WhatsApp reminder shortly before a term runs out so you can decide whether to buy another. We do not use your details for advertising and do not pass them to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
No advertising cookies are placed by this site, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on it. Your browser may store the small technical cookies WordPress uses to work properly; blocking them does not stop any page from loading.
How long it is kept
We keep an account record for the life of each term and a further 12 months beyond it, which lets you pick up the same login if you come back; after that it is deleted. Messages sent through the site forms are deleted after 90 days.
Seeing, correcting or erasing your data
Ask on WhatsApp, or through the contact page, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it or erase it. These requests are answered within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to account records is limited to the staff who need it. Login details are delivered in the WhatsApp chat. Guard them as you would a password and never post them publicly.
