Televixy – IPTV on your own clock, from night shift to early start

Televixy IPTV FAQ: 67 answers for television on your own clock

Night shifts, early starts, a bar that closes at 1 a.m., a baby awake at 3: these are the questions people send us on WhatsApp at every hour, answered in full. The first sentence of each reply is the short version.

Prime time runs from eight to eleven for people who finish work at five. Everyone else watches when the day allows it: at 05:30 before an early start, at 01:15 after closing up, at 03:40 after a twelve-hour shift. The answers below are written for those hours, and grouped by what you are trying to do at them.

The short version first. Televixy carries 25,000+ live channels across 60+ countries, and its on-demand side holds 120,000+ films and series, in 4K, FHD and HD. The guide and catch-up are included, catch-up on the channels that carry it. A month on one screen costs $15 and nothing renews by itself. The trial lasts 24 hours with no card, activation takes under 15 minutes on WhatsApp at any hour, and the first purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Television that keeps your hours

What is on Televixy at four in the morning?

The same as at eight in the evening. The 25,000+ live channels never go off air, and they come from 60+ countries, so 04:00 in your kitchen is breakfast television in one place and prime time in another. The 120,000+ films and series in the on-demand library have no airtime at all, and catch-up holds recent programs on the channels that carry it.

Who is Televixy actually for?

People whose day does not finish at five. Nurses and warehouse crews coming off nights, drivers and pilots on a rotating rota, bar and restaurant staff who get in at 1 a.m., early risers, parents walking a baby at 3 a.m., and fans whose race or match airs in the small hours. Televixy streams live channels and an on-demand library through your home internet; there is no dish to mount and no cable line to book.

I was asleep when it aired. How do I get it back?

Find the channel in the guide (EPG), move back to the slot you missed and play it from catch-up, provided that channel carries catch-up. Plenty do; some do not, and each one sets its own window. If a series has no catch-up on its channel, search the on-demand library, where whole seasons are often sitting ready.

Can I watch without waking anyone up?

Yes, with what is already in the room. Pair Bluetooth headphones with the TV or streaming stick, switch on subtitles where the channel or film includes them, and turn the backlight down in the television’s picture menu. A sleep timer rounds it off, if your player or your TV offers one.

The match is on at 3 a.m. here. Will I see it?

Live at 3 a.m., or later if you would rather sleep. The sports channels carry European football, the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB, F1, cricket, tennis, and UFC and boxing nights, many with a 4K feed. To watch after your shift instead, play the match back from catch-up where its channel carries it, or find a repeat in the guide.

How fast is activation if I order after midnight?

Under 15 minutes, at 00:30 the same as at noon. Message on WhatsApp, pick a plan, pay in that chat, and the login details land in the same conversation once payment clears. Support is staffed 24/7 on that number, so if the player needs a hand at that hour, the answer comes at that hour too.

Which screens can I watch on?

Whatever you already use. Fire TV Sticks running Fire OS, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhones and iPads, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs and Macs, and MAG or Formuler boxes. Roku is the exception that takes some work, because it allows no sideloading. Each device has its own walkthrough in the setup guides.

Someone at home keeps different hours. Do we each need a plan?

No. Install the player on every TV, phone and tablet in the home with one login. A plan counts screens playing at the same moment: one, two, three or five of them. If you watch from 05:00 to 06:00 and they watch from 20:00 to 22:00, a single connection covers you both; if your hours overlap, you need two.

How big is the line-up?

25,000+ live channels drawn from 60+ countries, 120,000+ films and series to start whenever you like, and pictures in 4K, FHD and HD depending on the channel. The guide and catch-up come with every plan, catch-up on the channels that carry it. Each tier and each term opens exactly the same line-up; nothing is held back for a pricier plan.

Is anyone there if something stops working at 4 a.m.?

Yes. Support runs 24/7 on WhatsApp, in the same chat used for ordering. Say which device and player you are on and what the screen shows (a photo helps) and it gets worked through in that conversation. Questions, setup, renewals and refund requests all travel through that one WhatsApp thread; there is no phone queue to sit in.

Am I tied into anything?

No contract, no card on file and no automatic renewal. You pay for one, three, six or twelve months and that is the whole arrangement; when the term runs out, nothing else is charged unless you buy another. For weeks that change shape with the rota, it means you never pay for a stretch you did not choose.

What if it does not work on my television?

You are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Televixy refuses to play on your equipment and support cannot get it going, ask inside 7 days of activation and every dollar comes back. Changing your mind after it has been working is not covered; the refund policy page lays out the rest.

Finding what aired while you slept

What is catch-up, in plain terms?

A way to play programs a channel has already shown. On channels that carry it, the past slots in the guide become playable, so the 18:00 news you worked through or the film that began after you dozed off can be opened from its first minute. Not every channel has catch-up, and how far back each one reaches is decided channel by channel.

How do I know which channels have catch-up?

Many players mark them with a small icon in the channel list, if your player offers it. If yours does not, open the guide and scroll back along the channel: past programs you can select and play are the ones with catch-up behind them. There is nothing to switch on, and it comes with every plan.

Is catch-up the same thing as the film and series library?

No. Catch-up replays recent broadcasts from one particular channel, for a window that channel sets. The library holds 120,000+ films and series that were never tied to a broadcast slot; they stay put until you start them. When a show has no catch-up, the library is the next place to search.

The guide times are an hour or two out. Why?

Nearly always the device’s clock. The guide carries each channel’s broadcast times, and the player converts them using the time zone set on the device, so check the date, time and time zone in the device settings first. If the listings are still offset after that, use the guide time-shift option, if your player offers it.

Can I see what is live in another country right now?

Yes: open that country’s group in the channel list or the guide. With 60+ countries on the list, somebody’s daytime is always on air. At 04:00 in Chicago it is 10:00 in London, so British morning programs are going out live while the American networks are running their overnight schedules.

Can I start a program from the beginning if I come in halfway?

On channels with catch-up, usually yes. Select the program that is on now in the guide and play it from the start, if your player offers that option. On a channel without catch-up you join at the live point, and the library is worth a look in case the title is there as well.

Can I record instead of relying on catch-up?

Recording is done by the player, not by the subscription. TiviMate Premium adds it, together with multi-view and multiple playlists, and saves to the storage on your device. That covers a channel with no catch-up, or a program you want to keep longer than the catch-up window lasts.

How do I find a program when I cannot remember the channel?

Use the player’s search. Most players search channel names, and many also search the guide and the library, if your player offers it. Failing that, open the channel group for the kind of program you are after, whether news, sport or films, rather than scrolling through 25,000+ channels at 3 a.m.

Watching quietly at an odd hour

How do I connect headphones to the TV?

Pair them with whatever is running the player. On a Fire TV Stick, go to Settings, then Controllers & Bluetooth Devices, then Other Bluetooth Devices. Android TV boxes, Apple TV and most smart TVs keep a Bluetooth menu in their own settings. On a phone or tablet, headphones behave exactly as they do with any other app.

Do films and channels have subtitles?

Where the file or the broadcast includes them. Many titles in the library carry subtitle tracks; during playback, open the player’s subtitle or audio-track option and choose one. Live channels show subtitles only when the broadcaster sends them. With subtitles on, the volume can sit very low without losing a line of dialogue.

Is there a sleep timer?

That belongs to the player or the television rather than the subscription. Look in the player’s settings, if your player offers one. Many televisions also have their own sleep timer in the system menus, which switches the set off after the time you pick, whichever app is open.

How do I make the screen less bright?

Lower the backlight or brightness in the television’s picture settings, or switch to a darker picture mode; some sets also have an energy-saving setting that dims the panel. On a phone or tablet the usual brightness control does the job. None of this changes the stream itself, only how the screen shows it.

Can I watch on my phone instead of the TV?

Yes, with the same login. On iPhone and iPad, the free Smarters app is called Smarters Player Lite, and iPlayTV is another choice that runs only on Apple devices. On Android phones and tablets, IPTV Smarters Pro costs nothing. A phone counts as a connection only while it is actually playing.

Can I pause if someone wakes up?

Films and series from the library pause like any other video. On a live channel, pausing depends on the player; on a channel that carries catch-up, you can come back to the program later from the guide and pick it up from the start instead.

Sport that falls in the middle of your night

A fixture airs at 03:00 my time. Can I watch it live?

Yes. The channels run around the clock, so a game from another continent plays at whatever hour it lands for you. Open the sports group a few minutes early; many big fixtures carry a 4K feed beside the FHD and HD versions, and you pick whichever your screen and connection handle best.

How do I watch it after my shift without hearing the score?

Decide the route before you go to sleep or to work. If the channel carries catch-up, the match will sit in the guide’s past slots, ready to play. Broadcasters often repeat big fixtures later, and the guide shows when. Mute score alerts on your phone and stay off news and sports-news channels until you have watched.

How do I check what time a game starts where I live?

In the guide. It converts every slot to your device’s clock, provided the device’s time zone is right, so a kick-off listed at 20:00 in Madrid shows at the correct local hour wherever you are. League websites often list times in their own zone, which is where most mix-ups begin.

Which sports are included?

Football from the main European leagues, the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB, F1, cricket, rugby, tennis, golf, and boxing and UFC pay-per-view nights, across sports channels from 60+ countries. The sports page lists the broadcasters league by league.

Can I follow two games at once?

With TiviMate Premium’s multi-view, yes: several channels share one screen. Each channel in the grid is its own stream, though, so two games at once use two connections and need a plan with at least two.

Plans for weeks that never look the same twice

What are the prices?

One connection costs $15 for a month, $29 for three months, $45 for six and $69 for a year. Two connections: $25, $49, $75 and $119. Three: $35, $65, $99 and $159. Five: $49, $99, $149 and $239. Everything is in US dollars with no setup fee, and every price opens the same channels and library.

My shifts change every few weeks. Which length should I buy?

The one you can see the end of. A month at $15 suits a rota you cannot predict; three months at $29 covers a run of nights you already know is coming. Because nothing renews by itself, a gap between terms costs nothing, and you buy the next one when your hours call for it.

How much more is a year paid one month at a time?

$111 more on one connection. Twelve separate months at $15 add up to $180, while a year bought in one go is $69. On two connections the difference is $181: $300 against $119. Monthly still makes sense when you honestly cannot say whether you will be watching three months from now.

What does each length cost per month of viewing?

On one connection: $15 for a single month, roughly $9.67 per month inside the three-month term, $7.50 per month inside the six-month term and about $5.75 per month inside the year. The longer the term, the less each month costs, which only pays off if you will actually be watching through all of it.

Will I be charged again when my term ends?

Not unless you decide to buy again. No card is held and nothing rolls over. As the end date gets close you can expect a message on WhatsApp; reply to it if you want another term, ignore it if you do not. Either way the account simply stops at the end of what you paid for.

Is there a minimum term or a fee to leave?

Neither. The shortest term is a single month, and since nothing carries on past the date you paid up to, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay for leaving. There is no setup fee at the start either: the figure on the plan card is the whole cost.

Does paying more get me more channels?

No. The tiers change one thing, how many screens can play at the same moment, and the terms change one thing, the length. 25,000+ channels, 120,000+ films and series, the guide, catch-up and the 4K feeds are open on the cheapest plan exactly as on the most expensive.

We work opposite shifts. One connection or two?

One, as long as you never watch at the same time. A partner who watches at 14:00 while you sleep and you at 23:30 while they are at work share a single connection without either noticing. If your hours overlap even once a week, the second screen is refused while the first plays, so a two-connection plan ($25 a month, $119 a year) is the safer pick.

Can I move to more connections in the middle of a term?

Yes. Message on WhatsApp and the account moves up to the larger tier; you pay the difference for the time remaining instead of starting a fresh term. Your login stays the same, so nothing needs to be typed into the player again.

How do I pay?

In the WhatsApp chat where you choose the plan. The payment options are listed there, since what is available differs from country to country. Whichever you use, card numbers never belong in a plain chat message, with us or with anybody else.

Are 4K, the guide or catch-up charged on top?

No. Every plan includes the 4K, FHD and HD feeds, the guide and catch-up on the channels that carry it. There are no add-on packs to buy, no premium tier above the four on the pricing page and no setup charge.

What exactly does the money-back guarantee cover?

Your first purchase, for 7 days from activation. If it cannot be made to play on your equipment, even with support working through it alongside you, the full amount is returned to the card or method you paid with. A change of mind after everything has worked is not covered, and neither is the renewal of an account you already know works.

Do I need to buy a streaming box as well?

Probably not. A smart TV, an Android box, an Apple TV, a phone or a computer already in the house will run a player. For an older television, a Fire TV Stick on Fire OS is the usual low-cost addition; bear in mind that the Fire TV Stick 4K Select runs Vega OS and cannot sideload.

Trying it at the hour you really watch

What do I get in the free trial?

A full account for 24 hours: every live channel, the on-demand library, the guide, catch-up and the 4K feeds. Nothing is locked off as a demo. Ask for it on WhatsApp, or fill in the trial form, which opens WhatsApp with your details ready to send. No card is taken, and it switches itself off when the time is up.

When is the best moment to start it?

About an hour before the time you normally watch. A trial started at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday tells you little if your television happens at 04:00 on a Saturday. Starting shortly before your own hour leaves room to set up the player, then watch the channels you would be paying for at the moment you would really be using them.

Can I ask for it in the middle of the night?

Yes. Trials are set up by hand in the WhatsApp chat and support is there 24/7, so a request at 02:45 is answered at 02:45. It normally takes a few minutes, and whoever sends it can help with the player in that same conversation.

What should I check in those 24 hours?

Whatever you will lean on at your own hours. Open the channels you would watch at that time and the countries you follow. Go back in the guide and play something you missed from catch-up, on a channel that carries it. Start a film from the library, switch on subtitles, try your headphones, and if a fixture falls inside the window, watch it live.

Do I have to give card details?

No card, no payment details and nothing to cancel. The trial ends on its own after 24 hours and never turns into a paid plan. If you decide to stay, you choose a plan in the same chat and activation follows in under 15 minutes.

Is live sport open during the trial?

Yes, the same as for a paying account: the sports channels, any pay-per-view event that falls inside your 24 hours, and the 4K feeds. Whether 4K plays smoothly depends on your device and your broadband, and showing you that is one of the reasons the trial exists.

Can I try it on the bedroom TV and on my phone?

Yes. Install it on each device you plan to use and try them one after the other. The trial is there to show whether Televixy works on your own equipment, so the television in the bedroom, the stick in the living room and the phone you watch on during a break all deserve a turn.

How do I test catch-up during the trial?

Pick a program from earlier that day, ideally one that aired while you were asleep, find its slot in the guide and play it. Catch-up depends on the channel carrying it and on the player supporting it; TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro both do, so start with one of those if you can.

What happens at the end of the 24 hours?

Your access closes and nothing is charged. To keep watching, pick a plan in the same chat and it is running again within 15 minutes. If you would rather not, there is nothing to do at all: no account to close, no reminder to answer.

Can I have a second trial?

As a rule, one per household, because the trial exists to show whether the service works on your equipment. If something got in the way the first time, a shift that ran over or a device you could not finish setting up, say so in the chat and it is usually extended.

Is there IPTV that is free without any trial?

Nothing worth the risk. Free lists posted online are scraped, unreliable and often dead within days, and the sites hosting them are a familiar route for malware. Many player apps cost nothing, IPTV Smarters Pro among them, but a player is an empty shell until a subscription is entered into it.

Getting it running after a late finish

How long does setup take once I have the login?

A few minutes on most devices. Install a player, choose its Xtream Codes option and type in the three details from the WhatsApp message: server address, username and password. Channels, the guide and the library then load on their own. The setup guides walk through each device in turn.

Can I add any player to a Fire TV Stick?

On models running Fire OS, yes: players outside the Amazon store go on through Downloader once unknown apps are allowed in Developer Options. Those options are hidden at first; go to My Fire TV, then About, and press select 7 times on the device name. The Fire TV Stick 4K Select runs Vega OS, cannot sideload and is limited to its own store.

Will it work on my Samsung or LG TV without a box?

Usually. Smart IPTV is in the Samsung store for 2022 and newer models running Tizen 6.5 or later, and on LG it needs webOS 3.0 or later. It is loaded against the television’s MAC address rather than through a login screen. An older set can use a Fire TV Stick or an Android box in a spare HDMI port instead.

Which app should I use on Apple TV?

Smarters Player Lite, the free Smarters app on Apple devices, which runs on Apple TV as well as iPhone and iPad. iPlayTV is the other choice and is Apple-only. TiviMate is not available on Apple TV, so the guides for those two apps are the ones to follow.

What does TiviMate Premium add over the free version?

Recording, multi-view and multiple playlists. Favorites and hiding channel groups are Premium features too, which matters when 25,000+ channels stand between you and the four you watch before dawn. The free version plays the channels and shows the guide.

Does Televixy work on Roku?

With some work. Roku has no sideloading, so a player cannot be added the way it can on a Fire OS stick. The options are screen mirroring from a phone or computer, or a player from the Roku store when one is listed, and Roku removes such listings from time to time. For a television you use most nights, a Fire OS stick or an Android box is the steadier route.

How are MAG and Formuler boxes connected?

Through the box’s MAC address. Send the MAC printed on the label underneath (on a MAG it begins 00:1A:79) on WhatsApp, and a portal address comes back once it is activated. Formuler boxes can use that portal in MyTVOnline or take the standard Xtream login instead.

What internet speed is enough?

Around 10 Mbps for one HD stream and 25 Mbps for one 4K stream, more when several screens play together. A steady line matters more than a fast one, and a cable to the TV helps more than most upgrades. The free trial is the honest test of your own connection.

Rules, sharing and reselling

Is IPTV legal?

IPTV only describes how the picture reaches you, as data over an internet connection, and plenty of broadcasters deliver their own channels that way. Rights to each channel are another matter, and what a viewer may do varies by country. Televixy does not present itself as approved by any broadcaster, so read up on the law where you live before you subscribe.

Do I need a VPN?

No. Televixy does not need one, and a VPN is not part of the service. The one place it earns its keep is privacy on public Wi-Fi, which has nothing to do with watching at home, and it should never be used to get around anything.

Can I share my login with another household?

No. One account is for one household. Sharing login details publicly or using the service to pass streams on to others ends the account, as the terms set out. Inside your own home, put it on every device you own; what the tier caps is the number of screens playing together.

Can I resell Televixy?

Yes, through the reseller panel. Resellers buy credits, and one credit activates one month on one device; the panel is where you open and extend accounts for your own customers. Credit packs and prices are on the reseller page. We make no promises about what anyone will earn from it.

Whatever the clock says where you are

Activation takes under 15 minutes on WhatsApp, day or night, and the first purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee.
